Am I required to store long-term?
We don’t require tenants to store long-term at Just A Closet. We lease on a month-to-month basis.
 
How do I pay my storage bill?

How do I rent a storage unit?
Our unit prices page lists prices, sizes, and availability. You’re able to rent a unit online or at our facility using the 24-hour kiosk.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?
Yes, we offer climate-controlled storage units that protect your items from intense temperatures and humidity levels. These units are a great place to store household appliances, electronics, furniture, documents, artwork, and other environmentally sensitive items.
 
Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies?
We have boxes and other packing supplies available for purchase. Give us a call if you have questions about what we offer.
 
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance using our high-definition cameras. We’re also fully fenced and gated with coded entry. Each unit is clean and locked down using high-quality locks.
 
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store perishables, stolen goods, living plants or animals, flammable or hazardous items, or weapons. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
